Studio Policy

Thank you for studying piano at EKo Piano Studio.  I warmly reserve time on my schedule to be available for your musical goals and needs.  To provide you with the best that I have to offer, I kindly request that you read and respect these policies.


Commitment                                     To enroll, a commitment is required for the full academic year.


Scheduling

 

Once a time slot is confirmed, it is guaranteed for the entire academic year.

Scheduling is made and confirmed on a two to three month cycle.

 

Scheduling conflicts must be communicated prior to each two to three  month cycle (must not be recurring or frequent).


Payment

 

Tuition statements are sent out one week prior to the following grouped months:

  • August | September | October
  • November | December
  • January | February
  • March | April
  • May | June | July 

Tuition payments are due one week following the receipt of your tuition statement.

Late tuition - Late fee of $10.00 will automatically be added to the following tuition statement.

 


Cancellations

No-shows or last minute cancellations (on the day of a lesson) will be forfeited and not eligible for make-up classes.

Tuition is not adjusted for missed or canceled lessons.

Discontinuation – Lessons cannot be discontinued in the middle of a tuition cycle. (Please refer to grouped months in payment section)

Refunds, reschedules or makeups will not be provided for any lesson cancellations after our lesson schedule and tuition have been set.

If cancellation is from EKO, a make-up option will be provided whenever possible or a full refund given.

Written notice regarding the termination of lessons must be provided two months in advance.
