Studio Policy

Thank you for studying piano at EKO Piano Studio.  I warmly reserve time on my schedule to be available for your musical goals and happiness.  To provide you with the best that I have to offer, I kindly request that you read and respect these policies.

Scheduling

• Scheduling is made and confirmed on a two month cycle
• Scheduling conflicts must be communicated prior to each two month cycle (must not be recurring or frequent)

Payment

• Tuition statements are sent out one week prior to the following grouped months”
  • September | October
  • November | December
  • January | February
  • March | April
  • May | June (July lessons are added to this statement)
• Tuition payments are due one week following the receipt of your tuition statement
• Late tuition - Fees of $10.00 will automatically be added to the following tuition statement

Cancellations

• No-shows or last minute cancellations (on the day of a lesson) will be forfeited and not eligible for make-up classes
• Tuition is not adjusted for missed or canceled lessons
• Discontinuation – Lessons cannot be discontinued in the middle of a tuition cycle
• Refunds, reschedules or makeups will not be provided for any lesson cancellations after our lesson schedule and tuition have been set
• If cancellation is from EKO, a make-up option will be provided whenever possible or a full refund given
• Written notice regarding the termination of lessons must be provided two months in advance
